Digital Office have supplied and supported Cartus for several years, with the first fleet of Xerox devices delivered and installed at multiple locations across Europe including: Swindon, Richmond, Munich, Paris and Amsterdam.

With the existing technology nearing the end of its service contract life, it provided an opportunity for our managed print consultant to propose upgrading and replacing old devices with a fleet of brand new Xerox ConnnectKey enabled MFDs.

Cartus consultants are now able to work smarter than ever with a fast evolving app gallery including those built from third party developers. The ConnectKey app gallery offers ability to download new workflow apps that includes: scan and convert paper into the format you need with CapturePoint; translate documents via MFP, PC, or smart device with Easy Translator; send and encrypt client information and attachments right at the MFP using Connect for RMail app.
