Connecting Cartus Swindon, Richmond, Amsterdam, Paris and Munich
Each ConnectKey Technology-enabled multifunction printer becomes the centre of a productivity ecosystem, bringing every device in the fleet together whilst being managed from the UK based Head Office. Our solution has delivered an intuitive user experience that has provided mobile and cloud connectivity, complete security and access to value-extending services right from the moment of installation.

It provides staff members with the tools to solve problems, be more sustainable and productive as well as complete new challenges. As a proven workflow solution, ConnectKey helps people, connect and work from anywhere.
Cartus consultants are now able to work smarter than ever with a fast evolving app gallery including those built from third party developers. ConnectKey technology has transformed the way Cartus manage and process many of their critical documents.
With Cartus serving their clients from multiple offices around the world and a constant stream of employees and directors travelling to various locations, a secure print solution was crucial with stricter government document security regulations in place to prevent confidential client information breached – this was guaranteed with Xerox holistic four-point approach security on every Xerox AltaLink series multifunction printer.
