Our Story began in 1994, when Managing Director John McPhillips started Digital Office Systems Ltd, a Leicester based Xerox Concessionaire who created a channel supplying and servicing modern day business technology including print hardware, document management systems and workflow software.
25 years later and with 30+ team members, Digital Office Group is still very proud to be family owned and operated from our Head Office and Product Showroom located on the Ivanhoe Business Park – Ashby de la Zouch.

Digital Office Services | Becoming the Digital Office Group

Digital Office became a group in 2012 when Digital Office Services was initially set up as service and maintenance provider for wide format printers. Over the last 8 years, our sister company has seen significant growth as a result of promising and delivering an exceptional level of customer service, particularly on a local level across the East Midlands.
This growth prompted Digital Office Services to expand its offerings further than just wide format printers and scanners. We now offer a broad range of flexible managed print service plans designed to support, service and maintain various hardware including MFD photocopiers, multi function office printers, high volume and wide format printers.
With Digital Office Systems recognised as one of the top UK Xerox partners and our continued expansion of Digital Office Services, we have formed one of the largest managed service providers in the country, serving more than 2500 businesses.
