IT support,
phones & print for SJP Partner Practices

Give your team more time for clients and less time dealing with office technology. We help St. James’s Place wealth management practices review the phone systems, IT support and photocopier services they arrange locally.

An independent supplier for your practice. Any proposed service is subject to your purchasing permissions and applicable SJP technology requirements.

Support around your practice

A clearer picture of the technology you manage locally

Not every office service needs to be reviewed at once. Start with the contract that is approaching renewal, the supplier that is difficult to reach or the system that is slowing your team down.

Some systems and services may be provided or specified centrally. We begin by establishing what your practice can choose, what is already supported and where an independent supplier could help. From a single adviser office to a business with several branches, the aim is straightforward: practical support, clear costs and a plan that fits the way you work.

Phones · IT support · Photocopiers

Three services for your wealth management office

Choose the support your practice needs, with a clear scope for each service and no requirement to replace everything together.

01 / Business communications

Cisco Webex phone systems

Make it easier for clients to reach the right person. We can review how calls move between reception, advisers and branches, then discuss a Webex setup for your approved requirements.

  • Hunt groups, call queues and overflow routing for busy periods.
  • Desktop and mobile calling for office-based and hybrid teams.
  • Call recording options and reporting, where permitted.

02 / Managed IT services

IT support for practice teams

Give staff a clear route for day-to-day IT help. We scope support around the devices, networks and accounts your practice owns or is authorised to manage.

  • Remote and on-site support for office computers and networks.
  • Microsoft 365 administration where locally managed and permitted.
  • Device protection, maintenance, backup and recovery options.

03 / Photocopiers & printing

Photocopier service & repairs

Keep everyday printing and scanning practical for your team. Review your photocopier service, recurring costs and document handling before committing to another agreement.

  • Photocopier maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair options.
  • Rental, print usage and cost-per-copy comparisons.
  • Print release and scanning to approved destinations, where supported.

Features and service availability depend on your equipment, licences, configuration and agreed support scope. Recording, transcription and AI features should only be enabled following your practice’s approval and data-handling requirements.

Technology in your branches

Built around the working day, not just the equipment

A useful technology review starts with how your practice works: who answers client calls, where advisers work and how your admin team handles documents.

We can review a single office or help you plan services across several practice locations, with responsibilities agreed before any changes are made.

Before you renew, get a second opinion

Understand what you pay, what is included and what your options could be before renewing your photocopier, telecoms or IT agreement.

We can start with one contract. A review does not mean you have to switch, and any potential savings or changes will depend on your current arrangements.

Start with a conversation. Please exclude client information from any supplier documents you share.

Choose the services you manage locally and your renewal window.

  2. What you pay

One office or several locations?

Tell us where your teams are based, which services you arrange locally and what is coming up for renewal. We will help you decide where to start.

A practice in Leicester may need a photocopier review; an office in Nottingham may need better call handling. Your proposal should reflect the actual requirement, not a standard bundle.

Technology support for SJP practices: FAQs

Is Digital Office Group part of St. James’s Place?

No. Digital Office Group is an independent technology supplier. This page is aimed at St. James’s Place Partner Practices and does not imply affiliation, endorsement or approved-supplier status.

Can an SJP practice choose its own technology suppliers?

This needs to be confirmed for your practice and the service involved. Some technology may be centrally provided, specified or restricted. We establish what you are authorised to arrange locally and check any approval requirements before proposing changes.

Can we review just our phones, IT or photocopier contract?

Yes. You can start with one service and keep your other arrangements in place. We will focus on the contract or operational issue that matters most to your practice.

Can you support a practice with more than one branch?

We can scope support across multiple practice locations, including business calling, locally managed IT and print services. The proposal will set out coverage, responsibilities and any site-specific requirements.

What does the free contract review include?

We review the supplier agreements and relevant invoices you provide, looking at charges, included services, usage, stated renewal dates and potential alternatives. It is a commercial review, not legal or regulatory advice, and there is no obligation to switch suppliers.
