Contracts made simple

We turn a complicated agreement into four clear steps, so you can make a confident decision without disrupting your business.

01

Share the agreement

Send us the contract or the key details, including your supplier, monthly cost and end date.

02

We review the detail

We identify important dates, charges, notice requirements and any practical restrictions.

03

Compare your options

We compare your current position with a better-fit solution and explain the numbers clearly.

04

Plan the next move

If a change is worthwhile, we map out a careful transition designed to minimise disruption.

Review all your workplace technology contracts

Know exactly where you stand

A proper review gives you the clarity to decide whether to stay, renegotiate or plan a well-timed move.

Before the review

Unclear costs and limited visibility

  • Renewal and notice dates are easy to miss
  • Charges can be difficult to compare properly
  • Different suppliers create fragmented support
  • Switching feels more complicated than staying
After the review

A clear commercial plan

  • Important dates and obligations are understood
  • Current and proposed costs are compared clearly
  • Services can be consolidated where it adds value
  • The next step is planned around your business

Contract review questions

Every agreement is different. These are the questions we are asked most often when a business is considering a change.

Ask us a question
Am I definitely tied in until the end date?
Not necessarily. The practical options depend on the agreement, notice period, remaining costs and supplier performance. We will review the details and explain the most realistic route forward. Our commercial review is not a substitute for independent legal advice.
What do you need from me?
Ideally, send the agreement and a recent invoice. If you do not have the full paperwork, we can begin with the supplier name, service, monthly cost, start date and expected end date.
Can you help with more than one supplier?
Yes. Many organisations have separate agreements for print, IT, telecoms, broadband and mobile. We can review them together and create a timeline based on each contract’s key dates.
What if changing supplier does not make sense yet?
We will tell you honestly. If now is not the right time, we can highlight the notice window or renewal date to work towards so that you are prepared well in advance.
Will switching disrupt the business?
A transition should be planned around the service involved, your sites and your working hours. Where a move is viable, we will set out the migration stages and aim to keep disruption to a minimum.
Is the review free?
Yes. The initial commercial contract review is free and there is no obligation to change supplier.
