Digital Office Service & Distribution Centre
Located on the Optimum Business Park in Swadlincote, Derbyshire – our Service Distribution Centre became operational in early 2019. This second location not only provides a central base for our network of service engineers, but also expands the Digital Office presence even further across the Midlands.
The location of the new premises enables Digital Office Services to provide exceptional support response times in neighbouring towns and cities including Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Burton, Coalville, Loughborough and Tamworth.

With significantly more storage we are now able to stock a much broader range of products, from both of Xerox’s Connectkey office MFD families and high volume presses to the every Canon TM and imagePROGRAF series of wideformat printers – we are confident that we have a product which covers every aspect of your workplace technology requirements.
The workshop area provides our service technicians with the tools needed to pre-configure devices prior to delivery, making every install as seamless as possible with minimal disruption to your business. The workshop is also used by our engineers to perform photocopier repairs, refurbishments and replace redundant parts so that they can be returned to customer sites in perfect working order.
Finally, the centre’s modern spacious open office provides all staff members based in Swadlincote a comfortable environment to effectively respond to customer support calls, distribute consumable parts and manage frequent administrative tasks.
