Is my equipment covered by Remote Support?
Our remote service is included for the full term of your service contract, right from the installation date of new equipment. The connectivity support package covers all the charges of sending a network engineer to your site or using remote client assistance software to remotely diagnose, then rectify any printing or scanning issues related to your IT infrastructure.
What is remote support?
Digital Office’s connectivity support gives clients reassurance when encountering issues relating to print and scan functions of their photocopiers (MFD) and their internet router / server / computer network / email server.
Our support includes installation of or updating of the MFD / printer driver or MFD / printer software or MFD / printer firmware, updates will become available during the term of the clients maintenance agreement with Digital Office Group.
