Managed Print Services
Usually a managed print service contract is offered along side the lease of your print device. Digital Office’s service contracts ensure your technology is maintained throughout the term of your agreed period, allowing your business to maximise the devices use.
Whats included in the service
An agreed “cost per copy” is set for both colour and mono, these prices will vary depending on whether you are printing A3 or A4. The cost per copy charge includes: preventative maintenance, service engineer call outs, emergency repairs, all spare parts and consumables such as black and coloured toners.
Service contract lengths
Managed print agreements are typically over 3 – 5 year terms, laterally running with your leasing contract. These can be integrated into one contract – meaning you only have one monthly payment.
A machine breakdown can be disastrous to any workplace, if your device is an MFP there is the possibility of one or all three functions being out of use. Technicians are on hand to minimise downtime by maintaining equipment with preventative strategies. Following a logged call, service engineers operate on a target time of 4-hours to ensure all of our customers have maximum up time.
