and current meter readings for consumables

Your call will be answered by an automated system where you will need to say what you are calling for:
 

1. Say 'Technical Support' if you require support
2. You will then be required to say your machines serial number before being transferred to an agent
   
   or
    

1. Say 'Order Consumables' if you require printer consumables.
2. You will then be required to say your machines serial number before being transferred to someone who can take your order.
